• Initial Design Approval – Once we receive your request, we’ll create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your piece. If changes are needed, we’ll revise it and share an updated version for your approval.
• Stone Selection and Approval – After the design is confirmed, we prepare the stones. We’ll send images or videos so you can review and approve the final selection.
• Jewelry Crafting – With your approval, we begin crafting your custom piece. Upon request, we can share photos during the creation process.
• Final Approval and Shipping – Once the jewelry is complete, we’ll send final images and a video for your approval. After confirmation, we carefully package and ship your one-of-a-kind piece.

What is the processing time for a custom order?

Custom orders typically take around 12–14 days from the time we create the CAD design to the final completion of your jewelry piece. For more intricate or highly detailed designs, additional time may be needed. If that’s the case, we’ll inform you in advance about the extended timeline.
