Returns & Exchanges

At Avideri, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to order. However, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@avideri.com. Kindly note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
Accompanied by original packaging and tags

Damages & Concerns

We kindly request you to inspect your order upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we may resolve the matter with priority and care.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom-made or personalized pieces
Items that fall under personal use categories
Any products classified as hazardous materials

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item once your return has been approved.

European Union - Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions: unworn, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.
